LOCI — Memory Palace Trainer

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 August 2026

Summary: LOCI does not collect, transmit, store on our servers, or share any personal data. The app works entirely on your device.

Who we are

LOCI is developed and published by B Interactive. This policy explains how the LOCI application handles information.

Information we collect

We collect no personal information. LOCI does not ask for, gather, or receive any of the following:

Information stored on your device

LOCI saves a single number — your highest completed level — in your headset's local browser storage. This lets your progress persist between sessions. This value:

Network activity

LOCI loads its content over the internet when you first launch it, after which it is cached on your device and runs offline. Beyond loading the app itself, LOCI makes no network requests during gameplay and sends no data anywhere.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

LOCI contains no analytics, no telemetry, no advertising, no tracking pixels, and no third-party software development kits. We do not profile users or track behaviour across apps or websites.

Third-party sharing

Because we collect no data, we have nothing to sell, share, or disclose to third parties. We do not sell personal information.

Children's privacy

LOCI is a general-audience application and is not directed at children. Since the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.

Your rights

Privacy laws including the GDPR, the CCPA and the Australian Privacy Act give people rights to access, correct, and delete personal data held about them. As we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to retrieve, amend, or erase. You can remove the locally stored progress value at any time by uninstalling LOCI or clearing the app's storage in your headset settings.

Data retention and security

We retain no user data, so there is no stored data to secure, breach, or retain. The app is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.

Changes to this policy

If LOCI's data practices ever change — for example if a future version adds optional accounts or analytics — this policy will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top of this page will change.
